Rust remover GEL for quick removal of rust and tarnish. (perfect even for vertical surfaces)
This nearly pH-neutral solution removes rust and tarnishes from ferrous steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, chrome and silver. Due to the high reaction speed and the effectiveness of Fedogel tempering discolouration can be removed within a few seconds and rust depending on the degree of rust between 15 and 12 hours.
Unlike other products available on the market, FeDOGEL does not require any heating. The natural-based, solvent-free composition guarantees gentle and environmentally friendly de-rusting. For larger components and difficult to access areas, FeDOGEL can be the optimal solution.
Application
The gel film is applied in about 3-5 mm thickness. Read and understand all safety instructions before use. Wear protective clothing, eye protection/fac protection and protective gloves.
- Apply with brush or sponge. Reaction time 10-60 minutes.
- Protect from dehydration.
- Clean with water, using a brush or sponge as needed..
- In the case of very severe corrosion, repeat the procedure.
Keep original container tightly closed and protected from direct sunlight and between 5 ° C and 25 ° C. Dispose of temporary containers promptly and safely. Protect cleaned parts as soon as possible with suitable rust protection against renewed corrosion. Eg with MM30, Ferpox paint, wax etc..
