Description

Silicon remover should be used prior to treating any surface with chemicals or coatings such as paints or epoxies.

 

Silicone is a commonly used additive in adhesives, waxes, resins and other materials. Silicones on surfaces are very difficult to recognize. Often, silicone acts as a barrier to the subsequent product. Cleaning before using water-based materials or paints is therefore essential.

Application

Apply FERTAN Silikon Remover on a clean cloth and clean the surface thoroughly, then rub with new clean cloth until dry. Do not touch or touch the surface with your bare hands.

Suitable for: Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Zinc and Galvanized Surface, Polyethylene, PTFE, NBR, Polyurethane etc.

Not suitable for: EPDM, silicone rubber, CNBR and polystyrene.
